Do I have to be over 21 to come in?

No. Mystic Pinball is currently open to all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied

by an adult.

Do your games take quarters?

Our games accept Mystic Pinball tokens only. If you bring in quarters, we will gladly

exchange them for tokens for you.

How much are tokens?

Mystic Pinball tokens may be purchased on site for 25¢ each.

​

How much are the games to play?

Most of the games are between 1-4 tokens per play.

The owner has also has a few machines on free-play.

​

Can I redeem my tokens for cash?

No, Mystic Pinball tokens are non-refundable and have no cash value.

They never expire however.

​

Do you have other games besides pinball machines?

No. Mystic Pinball is 100% pinball. Please see our game list for current machines.

​

I went to your location and the machine had a glitch or broke

down before I could finish my game. What’s up with that?

Our machines range from new to over 50 years old, and can break quite frequently.

Let us know if you have a problem with a game and we will address the issue promptly.

Do you guys have TVs with the game on?

No. We do not have televisions at Mystic Pinball.

​

Do you accept credit cards and/or have an ATM on site?

Yes, we accept credit cards via Square not at our token machine. Please see Mark to make a credit card purchase. We do not have an ATM on site.

Do you serve food and drink?

We currently offer snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages for purchase on site. No outside food or beverage may be brought into Mystic Pinball.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased on site.

​

Is there a cover charge to get in?

Not at this time.

Can we rent Mystic Pinball for a private event or party?

Yes, Mystic Pinball is available for rent for private events. See details here.

Will you buy my old pinball machine or service my pinball machine?

Possibly. If you have a machine to sell, please send details and photos to info@mysticpinball.com

We do not service pinball machines but let us know if you need help finding a service technician.

Are there any plans to host a pinball league at Mystic Pinball?

Mystic Pinball is a member location of the New England Pinball League (nepl.org). When in season, Mystic Pinball is a location for NEPL League play during our Tuesday night Club Nights. NEPL is a membership organization that welcomes players of all skill levels, from newcomers to nationally ranked players.  Other tournaments are held throughout the year at Mystic Pinball.

Where can I park?

We do not have a designated parking lot. Free on-street parking is available on Avenue A

or other streets in Turners Falls.
